We have designed a clear, three-phase process to ensure your project’s success and transparency. This structured workflow guarantees meticulous planning, execution, and quality assurance.

Step 1

Project Initiation & Technical Review

You share your 3D models, drawings, and specifications with our engineering team for an initial feasibility and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review. We analyze the design for optimal metal machining or steel machining strategies, material selection, and potential cost-saving modifications, then provide a detailed quote and project plan. This collaborative start ensures alignment on all technical and commercial aspects before any machining work begins.

Step 2

Advanced Programming & Process Validation

Our CNC programmers use advanced CAM software to create optimized, collision-free tool paths for all required CNC services, selecting the ideal metal tools for the job. We often perform a digital simulation of the entire machining process to verify cycle times and program integrity, especially for complex precision metal or industrial parts. This phase de-risks production and guarantees the efficiency and safety of the manufacturing sequence in our machine shop.

Step 3

Precision Production & Comprehensive Inspection

We procure certified materials and execute the manufacturing plan on our CNC equipment, with skilled machinists overseeing the machining work. Every batch of custom parts undergoes rigorous in-process and final inspection using tools from calipers to our CMM, ensuring every dimension meets the print. The parts are then carefully packaged, with all inspection documentation included, and shipped directly to your facility from our fabrication shop.
